Guldener Becher in Oestringen

We were eating there for our daughter's birthday in October 2020. We spent a very funny, entertaining evening in the Güldener Becher restaurant. The landlady and landlord have created a great atmosphere here to relax and enjoy. The food was very good. We were definitely not the last time to eat there.

Yesterday evening I finally took the long journey (from KA) on me. The reward: a fabulous wild boar burger with all the trimmings, and a sweet dessert for those with a sweet tooth. The chef provides the finest ingredients and the cook obviously knows her stuff! Down-to-earth cuisine, everything freshly cooked, prepared with a lot of love and a sense for fine details, you can taste it. You will simply be pampered by the hosts. The great beer garden in "green hell", beautifully decorated and equipped with solid wooden furniture, inspires at first glance, and makes the whole evening a feel-good experience. At least it's as important to me as the food. A tour through the well-tended, ancient half-timbered house shows that it is also very nice to stay indoors. I am already looking forward to the next visit, which will certainly follow very soon! Thank you again for this lovely evening!

Super delicious food! If you love German home cooking will come here completely at his expense. Here, the schnitzel is still really nice fried in the pan in butter lard out. I ate the best lamb with couscous here in memory. A real tip for fine cuisine in the restaurant desert around Wiesloch.
